At Hot Off The Press we like to keep things simple so our terms and conditions are quite short and sweet.
We have a minimum order of 3kg per order, if your order does not total 3kg, you are welcome to top it up with more to be washed/ironed, or you will be charged the sum of 3kg
We are forever expanding, so if you are further afield than where we currently operate as specified in the website then a mileage surcharge will be added to your total bill. It will be quoted to you when the driver collects.
We do offer a 24 and 48 hour service (service depending), while we endeavour to stick to these timings, there are times (busy periods or festivals) when we are forced to deliver slightly later than expected due to quantity of worklaod and may have to re-schedule for a later time or date.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time, you will be notified immediately of any change using the contact details provided when registering as a new customer.
We like to be as convenient as possible by offering mulitple methods of payment, in the event that we must stop accepting a single form of payment, an alternative method must be chosen by the customer without delay. In the event of a downed method of payment, all customers will be informed at the first instance.
If your items are damaged by Hot Off The Press Ltd then you are entitled to log a complaint and claim for your damaged property within 24 hours of us delivering back to you. When logging a complaint and claim, you must provide full details of the item, timestamped photographs and proof of purchase if possible.
We may at any time change the prices on our list of services, these changes will be made on the website and mobile app but may not be explained to customers personally. In the event of a price change, the new price will only affect customers awaiting a collection of items and not those awaiting delivery of their items.
