We have a minimum order of 3kg per order, if your order does not total 3kg then you are welcome to add additional items, otherwise you will be charged for 3kg.
We cover an approximate radius of 8 miles around 'SL2 5HF', we may still be able to collect from outside of this radius at a rate or 60p per mile, subject to availability. Please contact us before booking, and we will be able to tell you if there are any relevant charges for collecting and delivering to your address.
Although we will always do everything we can to get orders back to customers on time, there may be rare occasions where this isn't possible. We will always contact you as soon as we are aware that our workload is too high, to make alternative arrangements. If we are experiencing a busy period, then we may operate a 48 hour turnaround as standard. This will be clearly shown on the booking system, on our website of via our mobile app.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments collections any time. You will be notified immediately of any change using the contact details provided when registering as a new customer.
Payment is due upon re delivery of your items, and must be paid in full by either cash or card. An exception to this would be if a payment method was down on our end, an alternative payment method is set up such as Direct Debit or reoccurring card transaction, or an alternative payment method has been previously agreed upon.
If you believe an item has been damaged in the cleaning process with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, details of damage along with an image of the damaged item, and proof of purchase OR proof of current retail price (such as a link to an online store where the item is sold). We will refund or replace any items we have damaged, by either BACS, credit or debit card refund, or account credit against future orders. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused when the instructions on the care label printed by the manufacturer has has been followed.
We may at any time change the prices of any of our services, these changes will be made on the website and mobile app, and we will inform any existing customers. In the event of a price change, the new price will not affect customers who have already placed an order with us, as the price quoted at the door with be upheld.
